More information about paying by mail

To avoid late fees, allow enough time for your payment to get to us. We need to receive and process your payment before the end of the day on the date it's due. If you're running behind and don't think your payment will get to us in time, pay online.

When you mail your payment, note the following:
 
  1. Write your account number on your check or money order
  2. Put the correct mailing address on a new, plain envelope, or use the envelope provided with your bill
  3. Put both your remittance slip (if you have it) and payment in the envelope
  4. Stamp and mail the envelope
